Jacob Wallenberg

Biography

Jacob has been Vice Chair since May 2015. He is also Chair of Investor AB, President and Chair of The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, Vice Chair of ABB, Ericsson and FAM as well as Director of The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation, Tsinghua School of Economics Advisory board and Steering Committee European Round Table of Industrialists. Jacob is also a member of IBLAC (Mayor of Shanghai's International Business Leaders Advisory Council) and Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Science (IVA).

Prior board assignments are: Chair - SEB, Vice Chair - Atlas Copco, Investor AB, SAS, and Stora, Director -  The Coca-Cola Company, Electrolux, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Stockholm School of Economics, Stora and VM-data.

Jacob has been President and CEO at SEB and EVP and CFO at Investor AB.

Jacob holds a B.Sc. Economics and M.B.A., Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Reserve Officer, Swedish Navy.
