During 2024, both Forskaren and Bromma Sjukhus will be completed, as well as Permobil’s headquarter in Sundsvall.

RECENT HIGHLIGHTS

A rental agreement was signed with Saab for a 22,000 sqm new office and industrial building in Lund, with completion expected in 2024. A new rental agreement was also signed in Forskaren with AstraZeneca and the first tenants, Elekta and Sand Clinic, were granted access in December 2023.
